Born and raised in Washington, D.C., to parents from El Salvador and Peru, I served in the Army for nearly 10 years. Afterward, I worked in finance, becoming a top sales rep in Maryland. Learning roofing inspired me to build an organization rooted in professionalism, strong systems, and community impact. Pink Roofing reflects my journey, built with people I chose and trust. -

The short answer is YES. However, this doesn’t always mean that the insurance company will pay you for a new roof.
We always recommend reaching out to a well established roofing company that will send a representative to the adjusters meeting you scheduled with your insurance company.
This will increase the possibilities of getting your roof approved by your insurance.

If you have already verified that the cause of a leak within your home is coming from your roof, the very next step is to get it inspected.
Not all leaks equal a full roof replacement. However, at the very least, a repair is needed to ensure no further damage is being done to your roof.

There is no one set price to getting a new roof. Every year, the cost of material can go up multiple times and can fluctuate with inflation.
