“I can only speak most highly about the service and expertise provided by Pink Roofing LLC. After receiving a strong recommendation about Pink through friends, I was able to observe them working on a home in the same neighborhood.
CEO, Miguel Castaneda, reached out to me immediately, explained their process, and sent me drone videos of the home they were working on. He visited our home the following week, provided a thorough inspection of our roof, and documented observable problems with handheld and drone photos. All told, he spent nearly two hours with us, and provided a detailed proposal later in the day.
Pink uses top-rated Owens Corning shingles and other materials, and leaves nothing to chance. After I selected them out of several highly-rated companies listed in Checkbook, they arrived a week later to perform the job. Although our roof is quite complicated, comprising many segments, they completed the job in one day, using a large team, replacing 20 plywood panels and other pieces of wood that had suffered water damage, installed ridge vents which we did not have before, replaced jackboots around the vent pipes, and flashing around the chimneys.
They also arranged to have an overhanging tree limb removed, which had been dropping debris on the old roof. Miguel was there to direct progress most of the day, and provided many drone photos to document problem areas and document progress and successful completion of work. They carefully covered our shrubs and performed a thorough cleanup during and after completion of the job.
